Worth for it!

Good Location, In the heart of Nampo & Jagalchi you can use subway or bus and near to Busan Station In opposite, they have Daiso and you can walk to BIFF square! too easy On 1st floor, they have 7-11 In the room, I think it's ok for 2 person but If you have 2 large luggages (28"-30"), it's difficult to open on the floor.. so you maybe pick your clothes & stuffs and close it LOL Bathroom too small but it's ok

You can not control air conditioner by yourself. In the winter, they'll set for heater system only. If you feel hot or uncomfortable, you can open the window a little bit In bathroom, I'm not sure they have a metal storage or something but I hear the sound of wind hit to that storage all night

- Location is the best. It’s easy to access and close to subway, bus stop and shopping area - Room is very clean.

- Elevator is too small and very slow but doesn’t matter.

Wonderful

Great location (near metro station) and amazing sea view from our suit. Staff was helpfull with our requests. You can also leave your luggage next to front desk before checkin/after checkout - that helped us a lot!

We had kitchenette in our suit, but without utensils or plates (just few cups for tea). Breakfast was good, but just heads up - more korean food options than continental.

Aircon is centralise heating during winter, room gets ultra stuffy at night. Window needs to be opened

What was the highlight of Griffinbay Hotel

Good value but would not recommend to solo travelers.

The staff are very kind, and the room is great. The bathroom is modern and the bed is comfy. The room is also very spacious. I found that the location was good even though it's south of most tourist areas. If you don't mind spending 20-30 minutes on the train to get into the city's heart, then you'll be fine. It's got some markets nearby, a shopping centre and the seafood market, which is very popular. It's also closer to Gamcheon Village and some of the southern beach areas.

Room cleaning happens every day whether you put your do-not-disturb sign-out or not. I found this very annoying as I stayed for two weeks and felt my privacy was being intruded on. It's also a waste as I did not want clean towels daily. Most modern hotels have the option to keep the same towel for a few days. I would have appreciated this. I also had one evening during my stay when a man accessed my room late at night. This concerned me as the rooms have specific access cards, and he unlocked mine. A stranger entered my room at 10 pm and quickly left when they noticed I was inside and awake. When I approached the front desk about this, they said it wasn't possible and that it wouldn't happen again. I would have appreciated it more if they checked the security camera at the very least.

A pleasant stay in Busan

Friendly front desk staffs. Strategic location where accessible to BIFF and South Korea’s biggest seafood market. The view from rooms are excellent!

Clean and close to everything. Convenient store at the first floor. Main lobby is at the second floor, that was a little surprising.

Newly renovated top-floor family suite with views and great location

Lovely location near the shopping area and with coastal views (higher floors). I travelled with three teens so had booked the top level family suite and it was very spacious and views were great too. The room has just been renovated and has a kitchen (note no plates, cutlery etc) and a table/seating also. Shower had great pressure, there are big bottles of lovely shampoo , conditioner etc. We tried the breakfast also, mostly Korean just like the reception informed but also some fruit, cereal, toast, eggs and sausages. The use of washing machine and dryer was also free.

The kitchen should have some plates and cutlery at least. The room is also missing a safe. We couldn´t figure how to turn off the sensor light by entrance door so it went on often when someone approached the toilet at night time .

Great staff, great location, small room

I liked the staff, very friendly and cute and I liked the location. It is super close to Busan Station. Easy to find as it is the tallest building around. Local busses take you everywhere around Busan. The view (we had a room on 17th floor) was amazing!!

The room could be better. There is a control box that controls lights that is lighting up the whole room at night in blue, you cannot turn off that blue light. Had to cover it with a face mask to sleep. The room is kinda badly ventilated, need to run the A/C all night or you wake up in sweat (we were there in October), but because of A/C you wake up with a dry throat. The room is very small, only room for a bed and a shower.

Location is great as it is next to the Jagalchi Fish Market and the Nampo Subway Station is a less than 10 mins walk.

The toilet layout makes it difficult to keep the toilet dry when showering.

The property is good for its value. Location was very good.

1. Staff were very helpful and friendly; 2. Location of property was very good, with subway entrance being within less than 1 minute walking distance; 3. A convenience store is located right at the entrance of property.

1. The bathroom does not divide between wet and dry areas; 2. We stayed for 4 days, on the 3rd day only the towels were changed but the room was not properly cleaned (used glasses were not washed and floor not cleaned).

pleasant experience.

it’s situated in a very convenient location light cooking can be done here as there is an electric stove, microwave oven and kitchen sink in the room. just on the ground floor of the property is a convenience store 7-11

it can get a bit noisy because there was a festival at the nearby market. windows we’re not sound proof. prefer if there were shower curtain as the floor can get very wet when u shower.

Nice stay!

The hotel view is awesome, i choose city view so i can see the busan tower from my room. The location is very good, near Jagalchi market and night market, their staff is able to speak english.
